First way you can download  the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ,4.0 or 2012Virtual PC software package from Microsoft partner site. Second way you can create it from your own PC.

 You can create own Virtual and Install AX and Get Demo data Database From Partner or Customer Source and Restore it to your environment.

If you Using Windows 7 ,Use Virtual Box or Vmware to Create Virtual Machine. This is the link to download virtual box



After Creating VM install Windows 2003 Enterprise x64 or Windows 2008 R2 then install SQL Server & AX2009 .
