Webmaster Tools provides you with detailed reports about your pages' visibility on Google. If you are a blogger and want to earn money by blogging then you require good traffic for blog. You can use webmaster utility to increase traffic of blog.

You can submit your blog to webmaster.  There are two webmaster where you use it free. one is bing and other is google webmaster.
