One way is skype nowadays Skype is best to call free using your laptop or phone if you have good internet speed then you can make video call too.

Whats is also same way you can use. Skype and Whatsup run faster even huge users load on application but if you are using mobile then RAM should be atleast 2 GB then you will not face problem.

If you use internet the to be safe install antivirus first.

Other way of communication is facebook, Facebook also provide chatting,video calling free.

If you compare your phone call and call using those apps then its very cheap. Due to huge users list these apps also earn money from advertisements.

Value of application will be more if user occupied is more.
